HEADSHOTS 

1 Look  -  $150 

2 Looks - $250

3 Looks - $300

Additional Looks = $50 per look

*Note:  Taking a jacket, vest, tie, glasses, etc., off and on does NOT constitute a separate look. 

 

 

HAIR AND MAKEUP RATES  

 

Women-  up to 3 Looks: $175.00

                  Each additional look $25 each

 

Men -       up to 3 Looks: $150.00

                  Each additional look $25 each

DEPOSIT

 

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session after you have emailed jamesfreivogelphotography@gmail.com to receive a date on James's schedule.  Deposit must be placed within a 48-hour window of receiving a date or you will be removed from the current schedule.

POSTPONEMENTS

 

Because we understand the nature of the business, we do our best to be flexible.  A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice before the date of your shoot is required to reschedule and keep your deposit in place.  This continuance happens only once, and then a new deposit will have to be made.  Please make sure to book out the entire day when you accept a date.

RETOUCHING

 

Headshot retouching includes the removing stray hairs, blemishes, dark circles, cleaning up  the overall skin, etc.  Retouching is not mandatory, but highly recommended to provide you with the absolute best results. 

 

 

RETOUCHING RATES PER IMAGE

$25 per image

Notes:

*Please have your clothing choices pressed and on hangers upon arrival. 

 

*Included is a complimentary online proof sheet through Pixieset.  This a great way to show agents, friends and family your images and makes picking out your selects a breeze.

 

*All retouches will be emailed to you in high resolution jpegs.

* The studio is currently located at 12356 Addison Street, Valley Village, CA 91607

 

* James does NOT accept checks 

 

* We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle

 

*your $100 deposit goes toward the cost of your session.  If you need to move your date with the proper notice, your deposit is good for one year.  

 

*The makeup artist will stay with you for the entire session!
